A 115,000 sq ft facility conveniently located in Lenoir, TN at the intersection of I-40 & I-75, our site has improved consolidation, increased efficiencies, process flow, and digital communication, as well as SQF procedures including hand washing stations, restrooms, key card entry, and controlled entry.

Probat Roasters
We operate 3 Probat Roasters that produce 10 million plus pounds of roasted coffee per year.
Packing Lines
We have 7 packing lines that can produce fractional pack bags, whole bean, and in various bag sizes and formats.

We routinely check overall bag performance based on customer specifications including measuring weight, conducting leak detection tests, seal strength, and integrity. Also, our cupping team regularly checks to ensure that a cup will meet customer satisfaction.

We Work On Your Time
We operate 24/7 inside our 115,000 square foot facility located in Lenoir City, TN. We have easy access to the I-75 and I-40 corridors, placing us in a prime location for quick and efficient shipping. Typically, once a customer order is received, we begin production within 2-3 days.
